This retreat is a space where movement, healing, and deep inner rest come together. Where Puck’s healing guidance and earth-anchoring practices meet Janne’s intuitive rhythm work — creating a soft, powerful field for transformation.

This retreat is for anyone who feels the call to ground, reconnect, release, express, heal, and remember who they truly are.

The venue: Flow Ground

At Flow Ground, they truly embody the essence of flowing and grounding — just as the name suggests.
The vibe is down-to-earth, light-hearted, and never too serious. It’s all about enjoying this beautiful space, living in the moment, and embracing life together.

Flow Ground is located in the south of Sri Lanka, in Ahangama — a vibrant surf spot filled with trendy restaurants, bars, and shops, surrounded by lush nature.

We’ve put a lot of love into choosing this space so you can feel completely at home during your retreat.
Everything is taken care of, so you can relax and fully enjoy the experience.

You’re welcome to stay at the venue throughout the retreat, or take some time to explore Ahangama and its beautiful surroundings or activities.

Meet the Team

This retreat is hosted by Janne and Puck — two passionate, down-to-earth Dutch souls with a shared devotion to yoga, healing, and body–energy work.

Both bring their own unique flavor and years of experience to the space.
Janne’s grounding presence and compassionate guidance meet Puck’s creative and intuitive approach in healing — together creating a safe, inspiring environment for exploration and growth.

They’ve walked their own healing paths and know what it means to come home to yourself. During the retreat, they’ll hold space for you with care, clarity, and a good dose of lightness.

  • Janne (26) is a dedicated and experienced yoga practicioner & teacher, coach, and neuroscientist.

    The creation of her soul company Rhythm Within was born from her own journey, “from years of fighting against my body and the deep-rooted belief of not being good enough, to living from a place of connection, intuition, and strength.”

    Today, she uses her experience, her understanding of the body and mind, and her love for yoga, coaching, and neuroplasticity to guide others on their own path back to their natural rhythm.

 
 
  • Puck (41) — also known as Sol — is a movement and healing facilitator.
    This is her second retreat, a natural next step in sharing her love for movement, healing, and working with the natural elements.

    With a background as both an entrepreneur and a creative, Puck combines intuition with a practical, down-to-earth approach.
    Her sessions blend movement, energy and healing work, and creative practices that help you get to the core quickly.

    Her work is inspired by her own healing journey: learning to feel at home within herself after years of searching for belonging.
    Sol represents that process — the light, warmth, and inner strength that she now helps others reconnect with.

  • This retreat is for anyone who feels the need to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find balance again — whether you’re new to yoga and healing or already familiar with it. All levels are welcome.

  • You’re very welcome to join on your own — many participants do. The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, and you’ll quickly feel part of the group. You can choose if you wish to share a room, or if you like a private room all to yourself.

  • In Ahangama, south of Sri Lanka. A beautiful natural location carefully chosen for peace, comfort, and connection. Exact details will be shared after booking.

  • Absolutely. You are welcome exactly as you are.

    Before the retreat, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to share a bit about your background, intentions, and what you’d like to focus on. This helps us to understand your path and to hold space for you in a way that feels supportive and personal.

  • Most participants are between 25 and 45 years old. What matters most is your openness and willingness to explore, rest, and reconnect — everyone who feels the call is welcome.


  • No. Our classes and sessions are thoughtfully designed to welcome everyone.
    Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or you're an experienced yogi, you'll be gently guided and supported every step of the way.
    This retreat is a safe and nurturing space—perfect if you're just beginning your healing journey or continuing along your path.

  • All meals are vegetarian, with vegan and gluten-free options available upon request. Please let us know your preferences when booking.

  • You’ll receive a detailed packing list after registration, but generally: comfortable clothes, a yoga mat (if you prefer your own), a journal, and an open heart.

  • Each day flows with a natural rhythm of yoga, movement, meditation, healing, rest, and connection. Expect a mix of structured activities and free time to integrate and enjoy the surroundings.

  • Yes, payment in instalments is possible. Please reach out to discuss the options that work best for you. The full amount must be settled before the start of the retreat.

  • The retreat will be held in English and/or Dutch, depending on the group.
    Both Janne and Puck are fluent in both languages, so everyone will be able to follow and feel included.
